Description of Problem:

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create a new VB.Net console project
Public Class Application
	Public Shared Sub Main()
		System.Console.WriteLine("Hello world!")
	End Sub
End Class

2. Set .Net-Runtime = Microsoft => Builds okay
3. Set .Net-Runtime = Mono 3.2.3 => Build failure
