Description cmt.miniBill 2013-12-24 06:48:47 UTC
The following code compiles fine with mcs, but on the other hand is rejected by csc

namespace Useless
	public static class Useless
		public static int Useless ()
			bool state = false;
			char curr = 'a';
			switch (state) {
			case false:
				switch (curr) {
					if (state)
						return 0;
			case true:
				return 1;
			return 2;
Comment 1 cmt.miniBill 2013-12-24 06:58:11 UTC
The code returns 1 with mcs. Which means that a fallthrough happens.
Comment 2 Marek Safar 2014-01-01 11:04:24 UTC
Already fixed in mono master
