Using VS2012 and its associated plugin, and the Xamarin.iOS build host.
The program will compile as usual and show no errors in the build host log. The debugger displays no errors at any time. However, the application instantly "crashes" back to the home screen when launched on the iPad. The only way to prevent this is to clean the solution before rebuilding and thus probably caused by some cached files that are not being updated.
I have not been able to test this bug on other devices. However, it does not occur on the iPhoneSimulator, successive builds will run fine without requiring cleaning.
Today we have checked this issue with VS 2012.
We are able to deploy 'ipad sample application' on iPad successfully without 'Cleaning solution'.
Could you please provide us sample application? so that we can reproduce this issue.

The same error occurs. Performing a "clean solution" in VS2012 will also prompt the build host to clean up, after which the app does launch. This, however, needs to be done after every build.
Unfortunately I only encounter this bug in my own projects, which I cannot disclose.
