It would be swell if as a developer I didn't have to maintain two sets of files for Apple's crazy doings... Could you automatically resize all the @2x.png files I create to the proper size for the non @2x file?

I make Default@2x.png which is 640x960.
Since Default.png doesn't exist, you automagically create one at 320x480px.

This would be a nice touch.  It should also detect when the original @2x.png file changed and recreate the non @2x one.

I'm gonna say that this can probably be done via the new MSBuild target rules if someone wanted to script their build.
