## Steps to reproduce

1. Close any running Android emulators, and disconnect any Android devices.

2. Open an Android app project (in Visual Studio 2013).

3. Select one of the Android emulators as the target device.

4. Press the "green triangle" "Start" button on the VS toolbar to build and attempt to run the app.

5. When the "Launching Emulator" dialog appears, select "No" (see attachment).

6. After the build finishes, again press the green triangle "Start" button.

## Result

The "Device Unavailable" dialog appears (see second attachment).

## Expected result

I would expect the "Launching Emulator" dialog to appear again.

## Workaround

Close and re-open the solution.

## Regression status

Same behavior in both the current beta Xamarin.Android 4.10.02005 and stable Xamarin.Android 4.10.01073.

Tested on Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I am getting this same error. My workaround: Launching the emulator. Closing Visual Studio and re-opening the solution.

This feature has been changed, now we does not get "Launching Emulator" dialog on running the application. Now we first select the emulator/device and click the green button to run the application and Android application is running successfully on the device/emulator.
