Steps to reproduce:
1. Open XS.
2. Create or open any android application.
3. Right click project->Add->New File

Actual Result: I am not able to add Android Web View file. I am not seeing Android Web View.

Expected Result: Android Web View file should exists in New File window so that user can add this.

Changing component to Android Add-in.

So there is actually no new file template, just Text Templating -> Preprocessed Razor Template
