This matters for the CodeResources file, if it exists it must be a symlink to _CodeSignature/CodeResources, otherwise the Application Loader will reject the app when uploading it to the app store.

I cannot repro any bug with our current code so I can't push any potential fix. Can i get a testcase which demonstrates exactly what is broken?

potential patch for the issue

Potential patch attached. I was unable to repro the issue so I never committed it.

That patch doesn't look correct, copying a symlink shouldn't create another symlink, and the IPA build shouldn't be using the FileService to copy files.

Closing as it could not be reproduce.
