Steps to reproduce:
1. Open VS.
2. Connect VS to build host.
3. Click 'Check now' link from Tools->Option->iOS Settings
4. Click yes to sync documentation.
5. Wait for completing documentation.
6. Observe that Xamarin.iOS.Documentation Manager window appears.
7. Click Cancel button.
8. Again click Start button.

Actual result: A popup appears which is showing "Mono.iOS.VisualStudio.Documentation has stopped working".

Expected Result: Merging should start again after clicking on Start button.

I have checked this issue with following builds:

Win 8.1
VS 2013/2012
MTVS 1.10.30
X.iOS 7.0.5-2

I am still seeing this issue.
