With VS2013, Win8.1 and Xamarin.Android 4.10.01073 (all very fresh installs), when I go to Project->Properties->Application (of a brand new project, the starting template) and try to change any of the Android versions (target, minimum, compile) I receive an messagebox with "Exception from HRESULT 0x8000FFFF E_UNEXPECTED".
I can't close anymore the properties window, because I receive the same messagebox, even selecting the original version.
Only way to close VS2013 is to kill it.
The project builds and run.

I have checked this issue with X.Android 4.10.01073 and VS 2013. But I am unable to reproduce this issue.
I am able to change Android versions (target, minimum, compile) without any error/exception.
Could you please a screencast with the issue?
