Test case

Reported on behalf of a user.

## Steps to reproduce

Run the attached test project on device.

Create a new project, add 6 or more arguments under "Project Options -> Run -> General -> Parameters," and run the project on device.

## Result

All of the expected `app-arg` options are included when launching the app:

> Launching TestCommandLineArgs.app -debugtrack -monodevelop-port 10000 -connection-mode usb -app-arg=0value -app-arg=1value -app-arg=2value -app-arg=3value -app-arg=4value -app-arg=5value -app-arg=6value -app-arg=7value

... but the Main() function only sees the first 5 command line arguments.

> arg0: 0value
> arg1: 1value
> arg2: 2value
> arg3: 3value
> arg4: 4value

## Version information

Tested on iPhone 4, iOS 7.0.3
OS X 10.8.5

Right now we've hardcoded a limit of 5 arguments.

I'll see if we can fix this somehow.

Great, thanks. Any idea when we'd be likely to see this change make its way to the Stable or Alpha channels?

Current guess would be about a month or so, but nothing is firm yet.

This fix is planned to be released with Xamarin.iOS 7.0.6, which should hit the beta channel before December 23rd.

I have verified issue, following are the verified steps:
