Steps to reproduce this issue:
1. Open X.S
2. Create or open iOS application.
3. Select any configuration.
4. Ensure that 'Build Ad-hoc/enterprise package (IPA) is checked under Project Option->iOS IPA Options
5. Build the project 2-5 times.
Actual Result: Getting error Error MT0000: Unexpected error - Please file a bug report at http://bugzilla.xamarin.com (MT0000) (SingleAppV1)". This issue is intermittent.
Expected Result: Project should build successfully.

I believe this is fixed in master, could you please try again with the latest version from wrench?

Today we have checked this issue with following builds :
XS 4.2.3 (build 36)
Now we are not able to reproduce this issue. We are able to deploy application with adhoc without any error.
Hence closing this issue.
