Android.Text.InputTypes is actually a bit field:

>>Must be one or more (separated by '|') of the following constant values.

This issue makes Resharper show false warning.

Fixed in monodroid/0f20d8f4.

I have checked this issue with following builds:

All Windows
X.S 4.2.2(build 2)
X.Android 4.11.0-208

Now I am seeing Flags links which redirects me to FlagsAttribute. This is the screencast for the same: http://screencast.com/t/E3tbVivIA
