A cultureinfo of type id-ID, should have a currency decimal digits set to 0, but is current set to 2.

In `csharp`-ese:

  $ csharp
  csharp> using System.Globalization;
  csharp> var c = CultureInfo.GetCultureInfo ("id-ID");
  csharp> c.NumberFormat.CurrencyDecimalDigits;

On .NET, c.NumberFormat.CurrencyDecimalDigits is 0.
