Steps to reproduce:
Install Xamarin.iOS for VS 1.8.214.msi
Install MT 126.96.36.199.pkg
Create a new project to trigger connection wizard
Build hosts are visible in connection wizard, even if the mac build host app is not open on mac side.
Not sure, if this is working as expected with Xamarin.iOS for VS 1.8.
Build host used to appear only if mac build host app was open on mac side with MTVS 1.6.
Xamarin.iOS for VS: 1.8.214.msi
