Completion ignores C# label syntax (cannot be typed easily) and offers no completion for them
I fixed that the goto label context provides senseless completion.
However ':' is a legitimate completion closing char in too many locations (therefore removing that as closing char will cause more harm than good).
The current completion engine can only parse up to the caret position - changing that isn't trivial. (And goto completion isn't that much important - but giving wrong completion is - but that part is fixed)
In roslyn the labels are now included in the completion list after goto.
