When we use a Collection with string keys and constructor that has an overload which also takes an IEqualityComparer, we should suggest setting a StringComparer argument.

i.e. HashSet<string>, Dictionary<string, bool>

Yeah, the same reason we suggest an explicit comparer for string.Equals and string.Compare.
