I'm using Monodevelop 2.8.1.
Edit reference is not showing the projects in the solution.
Long description :
I have created a solution which contains 2 independent projects. I create another project inside solution. I new project I want to add another project as reference. I opened edit references dialog, here project reference tab do now show any project.
What kinds of project are they and what framework version do they reference?
Created attachment 725 [details]
Source code of the test app.
I'm using .Net framework 4.0. In first 2 project one is class library another is console application. The third one is also console application.
I have attached the code without referenced dlls, those are from Fluent NHibernate 3.1.
Works fine here. Maybe you entered a filter in the edit references dialog?
You might be right. I'm now see projects in "Edit reference" dialog. I think the reason why I'm not able to see the projects because it remembers search filter the next time "Edit reference" dialog opened, which I think is wrong.
Because the first time the user searched for something (say mysql) add the reference and closed the dialog, next user open the dialog, he/she is not looking for mysql (which he already added), he looking for some other files. This is why I think remembering lasted search filter makes sense.
ok, closing for now.
I imported the provided code into MD 126.96.36.199 and noticed that there is a message:
Assembly not available for Mono /.Net 4.0(in Mono 2.10.8) is displayed under the references.
