I upgraded my MacBook Pro to Mavericks. When I ran studio 184.108.40.206, It asked where the Simulator app was, even though the simulator appeared. I selected my ~/Applications/XCode4 folder.
Now when I try to run an app, it appears in the simulator for an instant, then crashes and X Studio says,"The simulated application quit."
I am thinking that perhaps I need to re-tell X Studio where the simulator is. How is that done, if that is the issue.
As far as I know Xamarin Studio will never ask you where the simulator app is, I believe you got some sort of Xcode dialog.
That said, you an tell Xamarin Studio where Xcode is in Xamarin Studio's Preferences -> Projects/SDK Locations/Apple -> Apple SDK.
Also please include the full version information from Xamarin Studio's About box (click the Show Details button to view it).
We have not received the requested information. If you are still experiencing this issue please provide all the requested information and re-open the bug report. Thanks!
