When a tableview is highlighted, clicking on the content drop-down arrow, then clicking it again to close it up (leaving it as "Dynamic Prototypes"), the cell is removed. The setting for "Prototype Cells" is changed from 1 to 0.

Sorry for the late turnaround. This is now fixed (and tested) in master.
We have checked this issue with latest XS builds:
Version 4.2.4 (build 17)
Git revision: 00b6aafbd9d5b59499aa5f9e7ba274f55ed95d5d
Xamarin addins: 2debf1c1984b1d3d8312decda84dc966b7412433
Apple Developer Tools
Xcode 5.0.1 (3335.6)
Version: 184.108.40.206 (Business Edition)
Now, on clicking to content drop-down arrow, then clicking it again to close it up (leaving it as "Dynamic Prototypes"), the cell does not remove and cell numbers remains same.
Hence, verifying this issue.
