1) Set up staging on windows
2) Run Xamarin.iOS Build Host on non staging machine
3) Try to connect to build host from VS(here is host diagnostics result http://www.screencast.com/t/O9qRTbWx)

Actual result: "Please Wait" dialog shows for a while and then return to "Options" window in VS
Expected result: activation dialog should appear

The problem was in mtvs build version. Dialog appears as it should
