When you right click a text block with Code Issues, you go to Fix and you see that "1" option. On my Windows machine, pressing 1 selects the action and fixes it. On Mac, it does nothing.

Hotkeys are not supported on mac in context menus.

and no dialogs as well - the 'alt' context menus are disabled there as well.

TBH this seems like a reasonable enhancement to improve usability, it's just that we won't get it "for free" from GTK like we do on Windows.

Maybe it would be as simple as setting the "use-underline" gtk property to true on the menu items?
