According to the changes listed in http://docs.xamarin.com/releases/ios/api_changes/from_6.4.5_to_7.0.0, all of the Reverb2 AudioUnitParameterType identifiers were removed.
This is confirmed via "monop" inspection of the MonoTouch assembly.
Any reason for the removal? From what I can see, the Reverb2 unit is NOT deprecated (and is actually quite useful!)
Fixed in master. There is no reason for removal it was a typo.
Is there any way we can get this merged back to the current branch?
I've just updated to the freshly-released 7.0.2 and it's still missing, so I don't know what branch "master" refers to.
Manually casting constants to the right enum type is a pain and making my source a mess! :-)
7.0.2 was a hotfix release and did not contain any non-critical fixes - this fix will get released, but at this point we can't say exactly which version will have it (we may end up having to issue more unexpected hotfix releases, skewing the numbers).
Thanks for the info - I suspect that after every major OS update, everyone at Xamarin keeps cans of Red Bull next to their Mountain Dew... ;-)
