You may try to follow these steps:

File -> New -> File... -> General -> Empty Class (C#).

Newly created file will look like this:

@@@ BEGIN @@@
using System;

namespace Stek.Delo.Win {
    public class EmptyClass {
        public EmptyClass() {

@@@ END @@@

I believe that the last empty line is unneccesary here. The same thing goes to VB and F# templates so I think it's somewhat general and do not depend on my C# formatting policies.

I have checked this issue with C6 build Xamarin Studio and I am also getting the same issue.

I can verify this is fixed in Version 6.1 (build 5038)
