RunTests Properly Displayed
I found a problem in Xamarin.Android.NUnitLite relatively to the Run Tests button or layout just under the Test Suites.
When I have a high number of Test Case in a Suite, I can scroll to all of the tests but the Run Tests button seems to be pushed down, out of screen.
I provided 2 pictures, one with only 3 tests in the suite and the other one with way more. In the latest, you can see the scroll bar is near the end, but even though if I reach the end, Run Tests is not showing up.
I'm using VS 2012 version 11.0.60610.01 Update 3, I'm currently on
Xamarin.Android version 4.8.2 (the Alpha version basically).
Additional Note: I also noticed that Run Tests is not available if I click on a test individually, I wonder if it's on purpose or if the same issues occurs.

Run Tests Pushed Out of Screen
Shows what happen when you have a lot of tests, the scroll bar is available but it will stop on the last test and not after scrolling down to Run Tests.
The second screenshot also contains this text :
" Even if I scroll to the last UnitTest, the "Run Tests" button never shows up like if it was staying out of the screen. So it's not possible to Run them again from this interface. I wonder if it's the same problem when I click on a single test, because that buton is not showing either. "
I made some changes to the unit test UI so that those buttons move to top and always show up so that we can push the run button at any time.
Slick! I would have done it that way too :) thanks a lot
