Step to reproduce:
1. Open XS
2. Create an Android application
User is not able to create android application successfully.
User should able to create and run android application successfully.
Note: This is working fine only on Windows 7*64 and we are able to create android application on XS successfully.

Today we have checked this issue with following builds:
X.S 4.1.10 (build 11)
Now we are successfully able to create android application using XS on Windows.
Changing the status to Verified.
