In reference to case #44822

When using DataContractSerializer to serialize a Dictionary<T> with enumerations, a casting exception is thrown. See attached project. This only occurs on 6.4.3

Also, only applied to debugging on device

The README.md file inside the archive states:

> Reproduces a bug in DataContractSerializer on iOS devices on Xamarin.iOS > 6.4.1

OTOH this works fine for me using 6.4.4 (both in simulator and on devices).
