Running OpenSuse 12.3 on amd64. Note that mono is not installed on this system so monolite is required. The problem is still reproducible if mono is installed.

Testing mono-3-2 branch in preparation for next release after mono-3.2.1.

Following these steps,

git clone -b mono-3-2 https://github.com/mono/mono.git
cd mono
rm -rf /tmp/mono
./autogen.sh --prefix=/tmp/mono
make get-monolite-latest
make -j 4
make check

Results in this compile error,

Test/dtest-app.cs(556,3): error CS0246: The type or namespace name `StateMachine' could not be found. Are you missing an assembly reference?
Compilation failed: 1 error(s), 0 warnings

Full path to file that fails to compile is mono/mcs/class/Mono.Debugger.Soft/Test/dtest-app.cs.

Note that if I cd to mono/mcs/class/Mono.Debugger.Soft/Test and run "make check" it creates dtest-app.exe but later fails for other reasons.

Also note that it may take a few tries for "make check" to make it this far due to other test failures that occur sporadically. :(
