Description Luís Reis 2013-08-13 12:05:49 UTC
Starting with 1a8d9f1076046d4004f0ded072f7977d0f22cbdf, mono refuses to compile.
The problem is the line 295: tls_get_reg

./genmdesc cpu-amd64.h amd64_desc ./cpu-amd64.md
Invalid opcode 'tls_get_reg' at line 295 in ./cpu-amd64.md

I'm using OpenSuse 12.3 running in VirtualBox 4.2.14 (64-bits)

Commit e181a1a also fails to compile on my machine but later in the compilation and for different reasons.

mono --version shows
Mono JIT compiler version 3.0.10 (master/1cdeca4 Thu Apr 25 02:02:02 WEST 2013)

Try a full rebuild.
Comment 2 Luís Reis 2013-08-14 07:45:54 UTC
It worked now.
I assumed make clean would be run automatically with ./autogen.sh, but it is apparently not the case.
Running it after ./autogen.sh/before make fixed the problem.
