Mono on x86: -2147483648
No idea why .net returns 0, (int)d is 0x80000000, so (uint)d should be the same.
No idea either but that break the compatibility.
Fixed in master cad5315ebf99f3ff2a36516f3a87df74691b126d.
If we continue to use branched versions of Mono, we need to get this on the various places.
cad5315ebf99f3ff2a36516f3a87df74691b126d is not in the current 3.2.2 release that was blessed on the 15th (before the fix). It's only in master right now.
We'll want it to be cherry-picked to mono-3-2 for the next 3.2.x release.
If it needs to make it out in 3.2.2 let's make that decision ASAP, right now it's not making it.
