I upgrades to the newest Xamarin Studio and am getting the error below.

I think this can be fixed if I clear the cashe in /Library, but I'm not sure where the cashe is.

There was (fixed in 6.4.2, in beta channel now) an issue with whitespaces in paths affecting the AOT compiler. That's likely your issue. If not re-open the bug report and attach the complete build log.
