After creating a new Android Template in VS, I am unable to target API 18 from the Application Properties:

Accidentally hit "return" while writing this boog, whoops :)

This is an issue in both Visual Studio [0] and Xamarin Studio [1], and it is only occurring on windows. My android sdk path is pointing to the correct location in XS, but I am unable to target v4.3.

The installer was not installing the API18 framework, hence why it is not appearing. Hoping to fix that shortly.

Latest build from monodroid-master should have the fix for this.

Today we have checked this issue and we are able to set target API 18 in both XS and VS. And we are also able to run application successfully.

Hence closing this issue.
