Isolated scenario

Description of Problem:

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Compiled attached program

Actual Results:
Internal compiler error among other errors.

Expected Results:
Something like "null cannot be converted to Range" or sth.

How often does this happen?

Additional Information:
I've first discovered this with very complicated scenario (a code which I cannot attach) and compiler crashed in such scenario. Here is the best isolated version I could produce.
