Steps to reproduce this issue:
1. Open MD.
2. Create or open any project.
3. Right click the project and select 'Delete'.
4. Click 'Delete from Disk'.
5. Click Delete.
Actual result: When user delete project from disk which is under current
solution. an error pop up displayed error "System.IO.IOException" and after
clicking 'Delete' button on this popup, Project gets deleted.
Error popup should not displayed when user delete project from disk.

I have checked this issue with latest Cycle6 builds i.e.
