the original drawable form the android sdk

Description of Problem:
Mono for android seems to be missing a default android drawable for a refresh button.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. load an ImageButton or ImageView into a layout file and try to set the ic_menu_refesh-drawable as a source.
2. you can try to access it in your code (i suspect it would be Android.Resource.Drawable.IcMenuRefresh)

Actual Results:

the drawable does not appear in the framework resources list and doesn't appear in the text completion suggestions drop down box and fully typing it gives an error.

Expected Results:
Since this is a default drawable present in the Android framework, i expect it to be there

How often does this happen?
everytime (for this version at least)

Additional Information:

I checked the resources in the original sdk and it is a drawable which has been consistently present since android 1.6

Where did you get that icon from? I can find any ic_menu_refesh resource in the Android SDK.
