Steps to reproduce this issue:
1. Open Or create iOS Storyboard application.
2. Open Storyboards file.
3. Delete View completely from iOS designer.

Actual Result: Getting exception System.ArgumentNullException when user delete view from iOS Designer.

Expected Result: View should delete completely from iOS Designer.

Seems to be a problem in outlets merging.

Fixed again. There was a bug in a previous commit where I did not null check an object before using it.

I added a regression test for this case too.
