sample project

After the upgrade to the newest stable version (based on Mono 3.2) our app stopped working with the following message:
Invalid IL code in xx(byte): IL_0005: br.s IL_0008

The behaviour seems to be related to Convert.ToBoolean. I've created sample project to illustrate this.

Fixed in master & 3-2 branch. There is simple workaround, remove if (value == null) check it's never true anyway.
