This is an update to https://bugzilla.xamarin.com/show_bug.cgi?id=13349#c10, Bill is seeing the incompatible shell dialog due to
the existence of this directory:

%PROGRAMFILES%\Microsoft Visual Studio

He did not have VS2010 installed, and the only way we could reproduce having
this directory is by explicitly choosing VS2010 (overriding the default).

This is fixed in the latest builds from the release branches as well as from master.
