Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to Xamarin Studio with an Indie subscription.
2. Create a new Single View iPhone app
3. Run the application in the simulator
4. Attempt to attach to the running process with `gdb` or `lldb` from Xcode or the command line.

The debugger produces an error:

For `gdb -p PID`
Segmentation fault: 11

For `lldb -p PID`
error: attach failed: process did not stop (no such process or permission problem?)

Expected Result:
Debugger attaches successfully. If you take the same project, and recompile it using a Business subscription, it works as expected. Running the Business-compiled App from the Indie-subscription Xamarin Studio (before rebuilding) also works fine.
