Description circece 2013-07-17 15:55:18 UTC
Loading a file containing the character works.
As well as copy/paste of the character.
However I get no result when typing it with the keyboard or copy/paste from outside the editor.
I'm using Swedish keyboard layout.

I have checked this issue with following builds:

All Mac
X.S 4.2.3(build 127)
git- 781819ed590c05a48201be53eb9602b56a4c1fde

I am successfully able to enter character ~ and also able to copy and paste. This is the screencast for the same: http://screencast.com/t/IzRtAlbr
