I am update to monodevelop 2.8 it look like a little bit better but still translations are not working on windows i got new error

Error: Did not find msgfmt. Please ensure that gettext tools are installed. (Translation)

To update and compile translation projects, you need gettext tools installed. Either have msgfmt and msgmerge in your PATH or install the GnuWin32 package: http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/gettext.htm

msgfmt should be installed & in path - then it works.
