When selecting supported frameworks for a PCL project, VS shows an info label saying e.g. "The following frameworks will be selected automatically because they support all of the available functionality that is portable between the other frameworks you have selected: .NET for Windows Store apps, .NET Framework 4.0.3".

This is useful because it's less surprising when those become selected when the dialog is re-opened.

this was implemented by Martin
