To repor:

1. Open a MT sample, for example: HelloWorld_iPhone
2. plug-in two devices through USB.
3. Debug the app on one device - Works fine.
4. Debug the app on the other device - stuck at "Waiting for debugger to connect"

PJ, it is best to duplicate the other way around, there is more information on the original bug that on this one.

This was also backported to 4.0.12.

Successfully able to debug on several devices in succession, Gouri confirmed with the same environment but on Lion.
