When pasting C# text, the line that is pasted into gets indented according to Smart Indentation no matter of Smart Indentation is even turned on or not.
Screencast showing the issue: http://screencast.com/t/8tru6xmWVcgI
Combine it with the fact that Smart Indentation is broken (see case 4096), and the result is that there's no sane way to use MonoDevelop with files where content inside namespaces shouldn't be indented. Regardless of project options and user preferences, the indentation is always ruined on every paste.
We need a better option set for all these options.
Now that the indenter is fixed it should be better (I expect that it gets released as 4.0.14)
But I linked now the indent on paste behavior to the smart indenting as well.
