After build, I got a warning referring to specified line in the code. The particular code file (ordinary .cs file) was not open at the time.
When I double-clicked on the warning in Error List, the text editor opened the code file but did not move the cursor to referenced line.
Only when I clicked on the warning again, the cursor moved to the referenced line which was correctly marked by exclamation mark.
I observed the same behavior when I did right-click on object declared in other unopened file and clicked "Go to declaration".
The second "Go to declaration" action worked OK, so it seems that the GoTo function works correctly for files already opened in text editor.
