Description Anjoli 2013-06-20 02:49:29 UTC
I had created a window service in .Net framework 4.0 and complied using dmcs. It get successfully complied when i am trying to start it not getting started.
dmcs -out:datacollectorsrv.exe *.cs -r:System.Data.dll -r:System.Data.DataSetExtensions.dll -r:System.ServiceProcess.dll -r:System.Xml.Linq.dll -r:System.Xml.dll -r:System.dll
   mono-service2 -l:service.lock --debug winsrvftpdownload.exe
--Service not started

But if same service i complied using gmcs, it getting complied and also running successfully
gmcs -out:winsrvftpdownload.exe -pkg:dotnet35 *.cs
mono-service2 -l:service.lock --debug winsrvftpdownload.exe
--Service started
