Description Doug G 2013-06-18 13:13:56 UTC
I recently updated to v1.2.121 beta and the connection to the build server is failing. Looking at the diagnostic view the connection is failing during the "Establishing a stateful connection to Mac build host via http" step. The details are, "Connection could not be established. Unable to get InfoRecord. Unable to get SDK status."

The actions it asks me to take are:
    - Ensure that you have the latest version of Xamarin.iOS installed on the remote server,
        - Currently installed version on the server is (Business Edition)
    - that no other instance of Visual Studio is currently connected to the Mac server and
        - Confirmed
    - that the Mac firewall is disabled
        - Confirmed
    - Ensure that your current Xamarin.iOS is activated on the Mac build host side
        - Confirmed

Here are the log entries from the mtbserver.log which result in a status of unreachable when trying to connect:

For giggles I upgraded the server to Xamarin.iOS alpha (Business Edition) which resolves the connect error. Everything appears to be functioning normally.

Have you had any problems since the upgrade to (or subsequent versions)?
Comment 4 Jose Miguel Torres 2014-05-20 05:42:44 UTC
Since this bug is for v1.2.121 and a new SDK process is going to be designed for vNext I am about to close it as NoResponse.
