http://download.mono-project.com/sources/monodevelop/ has not been updated for months. Most links on http://monodevelop.com/Download are 404. I want to update the openSUSE package.

seems this has been fixed:
is now linked from http://monodevelop.com/Download

It seems to be uploaded sporadically whenever someone complains at IRC. https://github.com/mono/monodevelop/releases is already some more versions ahead. I started to fetch changelogs from the Xamarin Studio site now for RPM .changes files.

I suggest you automatize the tarball creation which seems to be a simple make dist && upload.
