Sample resource project

I'm trying to build a C# library from Xamarin Studio that contains .resx files, and the satellite assemblies generated do not have the correct strong name. I've attached a sample solution that demonstrates the problem. The project contains an assembly info file with the assembly and file version both set to "". Assembly signing is enabled as well.

When the project is built it generates the main assembly correctly with a version of and a public key token. However, the satellite assemblies ('de' in the sample solution) have a version of "" and a public key token of "null".

Mono version: 3.0.10
Xamarin Studio version: 4.0.8 (build 2)
