I can't seem to find the method
in MonoTouch's GCD wrapper classes DispatchQueue, DispatchObject and DispatchGroup.
I'm able to use the method via
public static extern void dispatch_set_target_queue(IntPtr queue, IntPtr target);
but I think there should be an instance method on the DispatchQueue class for this.
