Essentially if you have downloaded the package multiple times your browser is
probably renaming the file by adding "(N)" to the path, where N is the number
of times you've downloaded that file. There's a bug in the preinstall script
where it looks like the path is not quoted and thus the parenthesis in the file
is causing a bash syntax error.
